I have 20 year of experience in the IT industry, I have fulfilled various roles in the sector. I've provided support to users of all levels in multiple businesses. I originally worked for a local authority providing support to the education sector and then moved on to work for a managed service provider supporting a wide range of industries including logistics, finance, construction and marketing. I have supported single user businesses working from a single premises to national corporations working over WAN's at multiple sites.
